Hi, I'm a Korean girl currently living in Dubai, UAE. I used to live in Brisbane for study then moved to Dubai after finished degree for work. I still go to Australia often and wanna have friends there, and of course other cities aroudn the world too. 
However I fly to Australia (Brisbane, Melbourne) and Singapore more often so people from those cities would be easier to build up friendship. (Prefer asians living in Brisbane/Melbourne ^.* but non-asians are very welcome too @^_^@ )
